저작권 양도 동의서

(Copyright Transfer Agreement)

◦ 논문 주저자(저작권 소유 대표자)는 『KBM Journal』에 투고한 논문에 따른 권리, 이익, 저작권 및 디지털 저작권에 대한 모든 권한 행사(복사‧전송권 포함)를 K·기업경영연구원(KBMRI)에 양도한다. The author(s) transfers the exercise of all rights (including copying and transmission rights) to the rights, interests, and digital copyrights of the papers published in 『KBM Journal』 to the K-Business Management Research Institute (KBMRI).

◦ 본 논문의 발행인인 K·기업경영연구원(KBMRI)은 저자(들)나 본 간행물 발행인의 허락 없이 타인에 의해 이루어지는 저작권 침해에 대해서 이의를 제기할 권리를 갖는다. The publisher of 『KBM Journal』 has the right to object to copyright infringement by others without the permission of the author(s) or publisher of this publication.

◦ 상기의 저작권과 관련되어 문제가 발생할 경우, 논문 저자(저작권 소유 대표자)에게 전적으로 책임이 있으며, 이로 인한 문제로 K·기업경영연구원(KBMRI)의 이미지 훼손이나, 금전적 손해를 입혔을 때, 이에 상응하는 보상을 한다. When a problem arises with the above copyright, it is the sole responsibility of the author(s). In the event of damage to the image or financial damage of the K-Business Management Research Institute (KBMRI), the author(s) shall compensate accordingly.
